Our carefully selected market flowers are sourced individually for each order to guarantee freshness, quality, and seasonal variety.
Photos reflect the general style and color palette, but the specific blooms will be chosen based on the best seasonal options available.
For special requests, feel free to add a note with your order. While we cannot guarantee to fulfill all requests, we will always do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Shipping Policy
Our standard shipping window is between 9am - 5pm. We do not guarantee any timed requests. Delivery time is dependent on other orders being delivered on the same day, please feel free to contact us on 0413 593 753 for an update on delivery for your order as we do not currently offer live tracking on our deliveries.
Petal Pushers Sydney reserves to right to charge an increased delivery charge (payable by the customer) under particular circumstances, which may include the delivery location being outside of the delivery areas listed, misspelled or incorrect delivery information provided at the time of order, or difficulty or delays caused by misleading information provided.
If your items fail to be delivered, they will be returned to our studio and the additional courier fee will be passed on to you. We will then need to organise delivery again at another additional charge.
Please leave correct contact details for the recipient particularly for long-distance recipients so that we can co-ordinate an appropriate delivery schedule with them.
Refund Policy
Petal Pushers Sydney goes to great lengths to source the very best flowers and products for our customers. Flowers sold online are perishable and a flowers life span is dependent on the variety, season, environment and care, resulting in varied life spans for different flowers.
Flower availability is dependent on seasonality and market availability. As a result, not all goods produced are exactly as pictured on the website, by accepting these terms and conditions you are acknowledging there may be material differences between images and produced goods.
You can generally expect your flowers to last 3-7 days provided they are cared for correctly.
5 steps that will help your flowers to last as long as possible:
- Stems should be cut on an angle (in or under running water if possible) as soon as you receive the flowers and placed into a vase full of fresh water.
- Ensure the vase that is used is clean and filled full with fresh water
- Always keep an eye on the water levels and change the water completely every two days
- Keep the flowers out of direct sunlight
- Keep the flowers away from drafts and air-conditioning
If you feel the flowers have not lasted for at least 3 days let us know within this time by emailing at emily@petalpusherssydney.com. We reserve the right to request photos or images of the original flowers. We require that any dissatisfaction with the freshness of the flowers be communicated to Petal Pushers Sydney within 24 Hours of delivery. We are unable to offer any refunds for change of mind reasons.
To assist us in quality control, we may request to collect the original flowers. Regrettably, we cannot arrange a redelivery of replacement flowers to you if the original flowers are disposed of or images are unavailable.
Any refunds will be processed on via the same method of payment. Electronic refunds may take
up to 5 business days to process.We are always available to answer any of your concerns or questions regarding the care of your flowers.
